At Tutus That Dance, we are proud to support ballet costumers, teachers, students, and sewing enthusiasts around the world.

Our patterns and instructional materials represent years of professional experience, design, and development. We welcome their use in creating beautiful costumes while asking that our original work be respected.

Personal & Business Use

Our patterns may be used to create finished costumes for personal use or your own business.

You may make, sell, rent, or give away finished garments created using legitimately purchased TTD patterns.

Purchasing a pattern does not transfer ownership of the pattern or its copyrighted materials.

Copyright Protection

All original Tutus That Dance patterns, written instructions, illustrations, diagrams, charts, guides, and other creative materials are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, sharing, reproduction, modification for redistribution, resale, or distribution of these materials is prohibited, subject to applicable law.

Please do not remove or replace TTD copyright notices, logos, or identifying information.

Teaching, Classes & Workshops

Tutus That Dance welcomes independent teachers and costumers who wish to use our patterns in classes, workshops, and tutorials.

Teachers must contact TTD before using our patterns for instructional purposes.

Each student must purchase their own authorized copy of the pattern. A 10% teacher discount is available; please contact us for details.

Teachers must prepare their own original written instructions and teaching materials. TTD's copyrighted instructions, diagrams, illustrations, photographs, and other instructional content may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Independent classes and workshops are not affiliated with or endorsed by Tutus That Dance. Teachers are responsible for their own instructional methods and materials.

Digital Downloads

Purchased digital patterns may be printed as needed for the purchaser's own permitted use.

Please do not share, forward, upload, or distribute purchased pattern files. Anyone wishing to use a TTD pattern should purchase their own authorized copy.

Refunds & Customer Satisfaction

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

If you experience a download problem, accidentally purchase a duplicate, receive an incorrect file, or have another concern, please contact us.

We review refund requests individually and strive to resolve concerns fairly and promptly. This does not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
