• Pattern includes three versions:
  • Ruffles starting at the waist.
  • Dropped waist
  • Ruffles starting at the high hip.
• Includes basque and panty pattern for each version.
• Basic basque/panty constrution is assumed. 
• The skirt is generally longer, bell-shaped, unhooped, with a softer look. 
• INSTRUCTIONS and CUTTING CHARTS are NOT included with the pattern but available as an "Add on"
