CINDY LA GRAND I found this website and patterns when doing an online search for romantic tutus. It was very easy to purchase and download. I got the instruction also on how to print everything. I have cut the patterns out at this point. I have yet to make the tutus but at least I have a starting point and instructions. I will keep my fingers crossed and try my hardest!
